Wings of Pride In-Person
October is LGBTQIA+* History Month and Thomas G. Carpenter Library is partnering with UNF’s LGBT Resource Center for Wings of Pride (#UNFWingsOfPride). Each set of Wings represents a specific Pride flag displayed alongside some of that flag’s history and significance. Other Wings of Pride locations on campus are: Women’s Center, Student Union, and the Fine Arts Building.
Come take a selfie with the Library Wings and show your Pride!
(*Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and/or Questioning, Intersex, Asexual and/or Ally, and the plus (+) denotes everything on the gender and sexuality spectrum that letters and words can’t yet describe.)
