Reserve: Group Collaboration Hub Tables, VR Stations, Recording Studio, Assistive Technology Room, and Study Rooms
- Use the Category dropdown to select the space you want to reserve.
- Reserved spaces are only available to current UNF students, faculty, and staff.
- Reservations may be made up to seven (7) days in advance.
You must check in upon arrival to keep your reservation. The check-in code will be in the confirmation email. If you do not receive a code, check your junk mail or email lib-cadm@unf.edu.

- Please select the blue hour block that you would like to reserve.
- Select the length of your reservation below the schedule using the drop-down.
- Click submit times and complete the reservation form.

Graduate Study Rooms
In addition to our General Study Rooms, the library has 23 Graduate Study Rooms on the fourth floor, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Only currently enrolled UNF graduate students with a valid Osprey1Card may check out a Graduate Study Room. Rooms may be renewed once for an additional one-week period, pending availability. Upon checkout, the student is issued a room key and key fob.

Assistive Technology Room 2300B
The UNF Library offers assistive technology hardware and software in the Assistive Technology Room 2300B on the second floor. The room includes a wheelchair-accessible table, JAWS screen reader, ZoomText, headphones, and a CCTV magnifier. The room may be reserved for a maximum of six (6) hours per session.
Group Collaboration Hub Tables
Each table features a Newline interactive monitor that allows students to share content from phones, tablets, and laptops, collaborate on assignments and projects, and make use of a built-in digital whiteboard for brainstorming and annotation. The Collaboration Hub supports in-person group work and presentations, and monitors can be reserved for up to three-hour sessions.
