Reserve Media Scapes, VR stations, RECORDING STUDIO, and Study Rooms.
Use the Category dropdown to select the space you want to reserve.
Reserved spaces are only available to current UNF students, faculty, and staff.
Reservations may be made up to seven (7) days in advance.
You must check in upon arrival to keep your reservation. The code to check-in will be in the confirmation email; If you do not receive a code, be sure to check your junk mail, email lib-cadm@unf.edu if no confirmation is received.
TO MAKE A RESERVATION:
- Please select the blue hour block that you would like to reserve
- Select the length of your reservation below the schedule with the drop-down
- Then click submit times and fill out the following form.

Graduate Study Rooms
In addition to our General Study Rooms, the library has 23 Graduate Study Rooms on the fourth floor, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis starting August 18, 2025. Only currently enrolled UNF graduate students with a valid Osprey1Card may check out a Graduate Study Room. These rooms may be renewed once for an additional one-week period, pending availability. Upon check-out, the student will be issued a room key and key fob.
How to reserve a Graduate Study Room: Visit the Information Desk with your Osprey 1Card. If available, rooms may be checked out for up to one week.

VLC Location
The VLC is located on the third floor of the library. It is immediately east of the main staircase/elevators.
All new users must complete the Virtual Learning Center User Acknowledgement and create a Steam Account before using the equipment.
